No, but we recommend making one. We always honor our reservations first and there is no payment required for making one. Book before you come in and avoid all the hassle!
What are the age limits?
We recommend ages 8 and up however we do allow younger players as long as they can comfortably use the equipment. We recommend at least 48" tall otherwise the equipment may not fit properly. If you are worried your child is too young give us a call.
What if I am not a gamer?
There are still plenty of other experiences to enjoy. Some of our most popular experiences are a walk through haunted house and walking a plank 80 stories off the ground. Some of the games are quirky enough that anyone can enjoy!
Can we play together?
One station allows for one player at a time, but they can share with up to 4 other people they share their room with. Getting more than one station will allow multiple players to play at the same time in different games or the same game. We charge per room, not per person.
Can I wear glasses?
Most likely. Large frames sometimes struggle to fit, but it should not be a problem.
Do you clean the equipment?
Yes, a millions time yes! We use the equipment ourselves, so we clean it as if it was our own. We clean the equipment between every session and during sessions when players get sweaty.
Can I book special events, team building, and parties?
Yes, give us a call and we will do the best we can to fit your needs!
Can I only play one game the entire time?
No, switch however many times you want. You can switch games with just a click of a button at anytime.
What if I have limited mobility?
It can affect your ability to play some games for sure, but with a list of over 80 games there are bound to be some you can still enjoy. If you have special requirements, we will accommodate for you the best we can.
What if I get motion sick?
Some players can experience motion sickness while playing due to simulated movements. We accommodate for this the best we can by having a low nausea filter for games that exclude simulated movements.
What if I am concerned about my health?
If you are concerned about your health, consult your physician. Last thing we want is to jeopardize your safety.
